Brittany Snow, one of the stars of Pitch Perfect, is in final negotiations to join Gina Rodriguez in Someone Great, a romantic comedy that Jennifer Kaytin Robinson is helming for Netflix.

Written by Robinson, Someone Great centers on a woman (Rodriguez) who, after a heart-wrenching breakup, decides to seek adventure in New York City with her two best friends before she moves across the country for her dream job.

Snow will play one of the best friends on the Big Apple trip.

Paul Feig and Jessie Henderson of Feigco are producing the movie, as are Anthony Bregman and Peter Cron of Likely Story. Rodriguez is also producing via her shingle I Can and I Will Productions.

Someone Great is due to start shooting in early April.

Snow just wrapped production on Milkshake, a short film starring Anna Camp and Shree Crooks which Snow wrote, directed and produced. The project, also produced by Constanza Castro and Domenica Castro, tells the story of a daughter searching for her mothers approval and validation.

Snow, repped by WME, Principal Entertainment and attorney P.J. Shapiro, has starred in all three Pitch Perfect movies, which have grossed over $585 million worldwide.

Brittany Snow is an American actress whose Hollywood career started when she was around 12. Her first notable role during this time was in the soap Guiding Light. She was on the show for a couple of years. After the soap, she went prime-time with American Dreams. During the same period, she made her film debut in The Pacifier. Afterwards, she starred in John Tucker Must Die. She also had a recurring role on Nip/Tuck. She later became known for her starring roles in the films Prom Night, Hairspray, and Finding Amanda. Most recently, she starred in Pitch Perfect and its sequel. She has a couple of upcoming film projects like Pitch Perfect 3.

The 30-year-old actress has maintained her svelte figure over the years. Ever since starting out in Hollywood, Brittany has been known for her slender frame. Now that shes in her 30s, she makes sure she becomes more cautious of how she handles her body. Aside from eating right and healthy, she engages in some exercises. Exercises that she thinks are fit for her schedule and lifestyle. Basically, she spends her time on cardio exercises. She likes walking and running, as well as swimming. For her role in Pitch Perfect, she spent a month of dance training.

This really helped her body to keep in shape, though the actress said they were not really asked to be slim. All they needed to do was dance and learn the choreography. The star also revealed that its hard for her to keep in shape when shes working on a project because she cant keep up with her daily routines. That is why the dance training in Pitch Perfect was a blessing in disguise because that became her exercise. But when shes not working, she resumes her daily workout routine. She likes Pilates and SoulCycle, in fact she takes classes for the two.

Billies trick: Natures Recipes pet food, which Snow swears by for helping Billie keep up with her on-the-go lifestyle. But the dynamic duo doesnt stop there. For breakfast I had:Egg whites and fruitso healthy. I have a movie coming up where I have to be in my underwear, so my life isnot fun right now.

For lunch I had:I havent had lunch yet today, but my go-to is usually a salad. I do love salads, and I love goat cheese and cranberries on them. I pretty much only eat fish now, so I usually have grilled salmon on my salad or fish tacos or something like that.

My go-to healthy snack is:I know it sounds like Im just saying this, but I love fruit, and I keep so much fruit in my refrigerator and around me at all times. For some reason, it just works really well with my body! I have this huge bowl of berries in my refrigerator, and whenever I get hungry, I just go in and fish out a couple handfuls.

My go-to healthy drink is:I really like that Vita coconut water. It tastes like a tropical vacation! Im also a really big fan of just soda water with lime juice. It tastes like youre having a margarita, but youre not. Its really all about your mentality.

My favorite workout is:I grew up running, so Im a pretty big runner now. What I like about running is that Ilove music and finding new music. What I usually do is put a playlist together of new songs Ive never heard before or scour Spotify for bands or albums that Im really looking forward to hearing, and then I just put on that album. When Im in a new place, I make sure that I run to see the sights. Its kind of like a meditation time. I also love Pilates and Spinning, but I gotway too into Spinning a couple years ago, and I had to get off that train. I got obsessed.

The top songs on my workout playlist right now are:Lets seeIll pull up my playlist right now and tell you. Theres this DJ called RL Grime, and hes like trap. [Laughs] It sounds ridiculous, but for some reason, that type of music is really easy to run to for me. It makes you feel like youre in your own music video! I also like listening to some rap and hip-hop.

The one thing that always gets me motivated to work out is:Musicis really the biggest thing for me, especially whenever I hear a new song. I love dancing, and I have an elliptical at home thank God nobody can see this, but Ill put on music and dance on my elliptical. My dog, Billie, thinks Im insane, because shes usually staring at me while I do it! But besides music, it would probably be the fact that I love food, and I love eating, and I love eating alot and I love being on vacation. So, usually, me working out means that I get to eat and drink more.

My guilty pleasure food is:Mexican food: tacos, margaritas, chips and guacamole. I think I could die just eating Mexican food.

My favorite healthy restaurant is:Theres this restaurant in L.A. called Gracias Madre, and its a vegan restaurant, but its Mexican. Its really delicious and healthy, and also I love sitting outside when Im eating with friends. A good ambience goes a long way for me.

Three ingredients youll always find in my kitchen are:Cinnamon. I put cinnamon on everything. Almond milk. I put almond milkineverything. (I have this really weird recipe where I make cauliflower mashed potatoes. Its basically just cauliflower and almond milk, and it sounds disgusting, but its really good.) And I guess its not an ingredient, but fruit. I always have fruit around. Oh, and pepper. I get that from my mom. We put pepper on everything. Not salt, though. Im not a fan of salt. But pepper.

The best part of my job is:Well, the cheesy answer is the fact that I get to do what I love, and the fact that I get paid for it is pretty remarkable. Not everybody gets to do that. But also, I think the coolest part of my job is that I have the means to travel and give my family and friends the things that matter to them. Like, I love that my job gives me the means to take my brother on a vacation. And being able to take my dog places and create memories in different places is something that I definitely dont take for granted. I love to let the people in my life see things that they maybe wouldnt otherwise see.
